excellent spot for parks and local eateries

During my stay, I experienced remarkable service when I needed assistance, and the hotel's proximity to Hugh Ramsey Nature Park provided a serene escape for leisurely walks in nature. The absence of room service was a bit inconvenient, but overall I found the staff very accommodating during my visit.

After a busy day, I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary soup and a cold drink delivered to my room when I asked for help. The outdoor BBQ facilities and sun loungers made relaxing easy, too! Just a heads up, the shower water pressure could drop sometimes, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience. 😊

Comfortable beds and friendly staff, but hard to find the entrance.

I had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and the cupboards were well-stocked. The outdoor area was nice but a bit cluttered. I'd choose this place again!

We stayed with 20 family members and enjoyed the spacious rooms, especially the cozy queen studio, which had great kitchen facilities that made it perfect for our big group. Being close to the golf course was a bonus, and we loved the friendly front desk staff.

My kids wished for a bit more variety in the snack options. the cupboard was nearly empty during our stay.

I enjoyed the convenience of having a dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator, making meals easy to prepare. However, the elevator was out of service during my visit, which meant carrying my luggage up the stairs. This was challenging, especially after a long day. I also noticed the pool needed better maintenance as it looked cloudy. The noise from kids running in the halls disrupted my rest, and I had issues with the bathroom sink's water flow. A couple of times, I had to wait for towels because they ran low. Overall, the amenities and staff support made a positive impact, but the maintenance issues detracted from my experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this place! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a well-supplied kitchen made our stay easy. We hit up the nearby Tony Butler Municipal Golf Course and enjoyed some great local eats. The staff was super friendly, making our group vacation feel like home.

Only downside was being next to the stairs, which got a bit noisy since the elevator was out during our stay.

I loved how spacious my studio suite was! The full kitchen setup with a refrigerator and microwave made meal prep fun and easy. Plus, it was super convenient being just a short drive away from local eateries and attractions.
